HOW IT ALL STARTED

At LÚUM Aesthetics, we provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic and dermal treatments delivered by qualified health professionals and dermal therapists with experience in cosmetic nursing, dermal therapies, and skin health.

LÚUM was founded by Hayley (Nurse Practitioner) and Dani (Registered Nurse) with more than 20 years of combined experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry & post grad qualifications in cosmetic nursing.. Their shared vision was to create a clinic focused on professional integrity, patient education, and personalised treatment planning.

At the heart of LUUM is a commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and evidence-informed care. We believe in taking the time to understand each individual's concerns, goals, and treatment options, supporting informed decision-making throughout their journey.

Our team strives to provide a welcoming and professional environment where patients feel respected, heard, and supported.

To maintain high professional standards, all LUUM clinicians participate in ongoing education through training programs, professional development activities, and attendance at Australian and international industry conferences. This commitment to continual learning helps ensure our team remains up to date with current techniques, technologies, and clinical practice standards.

HOW ITS NOW GOING

We are proud to have a multidisciplinary team of eleven professionals at LUUM Aesthetics.

Our team includes administrative staff, Dermal Therapists, Registered Nurses, a Women's Health GP, and a Nurse Practitioner, working collaboratively to provide cosmetic, dermal, skin health, and women's health services.

With our sister clinic, LUUM Vitality, located within the same premises, patients have access to a broader range of health services. This collaborative approach allows our team to consider a range of factors that may influence skin health and overall wellbeing when developing individualised treatment recommendations.

Meet our nurses

HAYLEY

CO FOUNDER + NURSE PRACTITIONER | NMW0001906712
Hayley is a Co-Founder of LUUM Aesthetics, and an endorsed Nurse Practitioner.
She graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) in 2014 before undertaking postgraduate studies in Cosmetic Nursing and Primary Health Care through the Australian College of Nursing. In 2022, she completed a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) at Edith Cowan University.
Alongside her clinical practice, Hayley is a Clinical Trainer for Merz Aesthetics, providing education and training to healthcare professionals within the aesthetic industry.
DANI

CO FOUNDER + REGISTERED NURSE | NMW0002079071
Dani is the co-founder of LUUM Aesthetics. Dani graduated with a Bachelors of Nursing in 2016, and has experience in primary healthcare and cosmetic nursing. Dani has completed a post graduate certificate in cosmetic nursing from the Australian college of nursing and has been a clinical trainer for Hugel.

Alex graduated Deakin University BSc Nursing and BSc Applied Science (Health Promotion) in 2008 and has completed a certificate in Cosmetic Nursing in 2026 with Australian Collage of Nursing. Alex has been working in the aesthetic nursing field for over 10 years.

Naadirah graduated Murdoch University BSc Nursing 2020, and has completed Postgraduate studies in Cosmetic Nursing 2024 (Australian college of nursing) and a professional Certificate of Integrated Health and Dermatology in 2025 at AACDS.
CALLIE

Callie Graduated University of Notre Dame Bachelor of Nursing 2019, and has 4 years experience in perioperiative and theatre nursing. She is currently studying graduate certificate in cosmetic nursing through the Australian college of nursing.

Amy graduated from Australian Catholic University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Nursing, in 2014 and completed a Certificate of Cosmetic Nursing with CPD institute of Australia in 2020.

MEET OUR DOCTOR

Dr Sonia Codreanu

Dr Sonia Codreanu graduated from UWA in 2019 and spent the next few years rotating around the major hospitals in Perth. She spent an extended amount of time working in women’s health and perinatal mental health at King Edward Memorial Hospital. Sonia has completed her Certificate in Women’s Health and has a special interest in this field including pre-conception planning, contraception, early pregnancy care, cervical screening and breast cancer screening, and menopause.
She also held an extended position at Perth Children’s Hospital and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Child Health through Western Sydney University.

ASH

DERMAL THERAPIST
Ash has 18 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetic industry, and graduated in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology in Ireland in 2008.
Ash has gained extensive experience working with a range of devices and laser technologies working with leading energy-based devices including Sciton BBL and Moxi, Hollywood Spectra laser, Dermapen4, Sylfirm X and diathermy, allowing her to offer evidence based treatments tailored to a variety of skin concerns.
KATY

DERMAL THERAPIST
Katy is a qualified Dermal Therapist with almost two decades of experience in the skin and aesthetics industry. She began her career in New Zealand after completing her studies in Beauty Therapy in 2007. In 2016, Katy completed an Advanced Diploma of Dermal Science at AACDS, further developing her understanding of skin health, evidence-informed treatment approaches, and professional skin management.
Broadening her appreciation of the connection between lifestyle factors and overall skin wellbeing she completed studies in Integrative Health in 2025.
