At Luum Aesthetics, we carefully select our skincare products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Change of Mind

Please choose your skincare products carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind or the product is no longer wanted.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive or purchase a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, please contact Luum Aesthetics as soon as possible.

We may ask you to return the product so we can assess the issue before providing the appropriate remedy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Skin Reactions

Individual skin responses can vary, and a reaction or sensitivity to a skincare product does not necessarily mean that the product is faulty.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, we recommend discontinuing use of the product and contacting the Luum Aesthetics team so we can review your concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

Where possible, we recommend following the product usage instructions and any skincare advice provided by your Luum practitioner.

Sale & Promotional Products

Sale, promotional or discounted skincare products are not refundable for change of mind.

Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply where a product is faulty or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Refunds

Where a refund is required or approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
